If you do not like to order via our website you can of course order by sending an email or fax also.

mailing expenses
shipment for payment in advance by bank transfer or Pay-Pal (Germany): 3,90 EUR
shipment for cash on delivery (Germany): 3,90 EUR + 4,00 EUR c.o.d.
shipment to foreign countries (non-german) only via Pay-Pal / advance payment: 12,00 EUR (Europe), 18,00 EUR (rest of the world)
For express delivery please write an email and ask.

Paying in advance you will recieve a confirmation email or a fax containing our bank details and your order number after having ordered.

Delivery

C.O.D. parcels are delivered shortly after confirmation of order notice, if payed in advance after confirmation of the remittance for the amount payable.

Sale or return only applies for deliveries within Germany. It does not apply if the sealed package has been opened or damaged. 

You are no longer bound to your order if you cancel your order within a deadline of two weeks after receiving the goods. No justification is necessary. The cancellation must be in written form, i.e. either by email or fax or by sending back the goods. To meet the deadline, timely mailing shall suffice. Mail to:

 If used goods are returned, kromosom is authorised to sue for damges. Original tags on the goods may not be removed or damaged.
